Kenya Missions: Building into the lives of the orphans

This is an update on the lives of these two orphans. Pastor Brad has the pleasure of interacting with both Felix and Sherry on the far right, each time he does Missions work in Siaya, Kenya.

Pastor Brad has known Felix since he was 4 years old

and had just arrived at Ebenezer.

Well, dear friends, a very unique thing happened with me the other day with Felix, pictured here with me and with whom I've had many years to be able to impart much to him.

He is doing so well in every way, which brings me great joy. He surprised me yesterday by asking if he could sit down with me and have me tell him how I received my call to Ministry, which I did.

And then he surprised me by sharing a dream that he had two days prior. He said that in the dream I came preaching to him and that he was so powerfully impacted that he went and preached to others and they, too were powerfully impacted.

Then in the same dream someone came to him and said "don't you know that Pastor Brad is back at the guest house in Kenya?"

But no one told Felix that in fact I did just arrive and was there -- and am there now. So when he came from his school in Kisumu for school break, he was stunned to see me here.

Pastor Paul has shared with me that at the school that he's in in Kisumu, a bit of an hour away from here, Felix is quite the spiritual leader; he leads in worship and he leads in chapels and he leads in prayer.

I never cease to be amazed that although I come here to minister to adults, the constant takeaway is unplanned ministry to the kids!

I'm rejoicing at God's providential timing of me being here.

This is Sherry who experienced a powerful Deliverance when I prayed for her a couple of years ago, along with Wesley Bremmer, who joined me on the trip to Kenya. The glow on her face makes it obvious how well she's doing, and she came to the pastor's conference as a guest from her pastor to listen to me teach on The Parables today. The girl to my left is her friend

Friends, thank you for sending me on these Mission’s Trips.

Although I come to Siaya, Kenya to teach and train pastors and minister to adults, every time I come some of the best impact is on the children or teenagers and I believe today's ministry, although short, is likely to be the pinnacle of this entire week of ministry. I stay at the guest house next door to the Orphanage ♡.
