Woman’s Conference in Matekenya Village
Pst Brad’s ministry Partner in Blantyre, Malawi is Pst Richard. He is a Bishop & Pastor, his network oversees approximately 3,000 people. Pst Richard and his wife, Lucy oversee 22 churches in Malawi and Mozambique.
With Pst Brad’s the aim of reaching as many Pastors, Leaders and Churches as possible, he and his wife Maureen came up with the idea of sending Pst Richard of Malawi, Pst Brad’s pre-recorded Radio Teaching Series! Sending the MP3 audio files recordings via WhatsApp. Pst Brad also provided a Portable PA System / Cell phone / Type-C Storage for Pst Richard to be able to reach more people.

1. What was the Mission/ Purpose of the Conference?
“To in power one to another in the word of God, some women learning how to lead other women.”
“We teach each other about how to care our family and husband. 1 Peter 3:1-10.”
2. How do you meet the practical needs of the women that attend the conference?
We do preparation in advance, trying to make plan for budget food and etc. We provide them lunch.
Women travel from a distance to attend. They are from many different churches… A group event like this brings a feeling of community.
3. What is the biggest need that women have?
“Women lack support outside of church spiritually and in family life. If one of the women doesn’t attend church, it’s important for others to check on her at home. It is important for woman to gather and encouraged one to another weekly.
4. What do you hope that the women will learn at the conference?
“After last year’s Women’s conference many sent us testimony of what the learned. We invited the ladies to send us testimonies again this year.”
5. Ministry Impact: Several women accepted Christ at the conference!

On Sundays the women leaders wear a Church Uniform.
These women live in a very rural area. Many travel many miles on foot to attend the conference. Life is hard in rural Malawi, please pray for these ladies that their Faith in God would grow strong and deep in Christ.
