Keynote Speaker at the Nov 2025- Mega Pastor’s Conference
Pastor Brad conveys the Kenyan’s Vision:
Pst Brad’s Kenyan Ministry Partner, Pastor Paul Ochieng of ‘African Word Ministries,’ shared this with me about the upcoming Mega Pastor’s Conference…
“Throughout the nation of Kenya there is a widespread expectation that God is going to send revival to the nation, but there is also the conviction that it will begin in a region few would expect: In remote Siaya -- not Nairobi, nor Kisumu -- nor any other large Kenyan city.
Key to this revival is first the need for reformation in the church -- reformation in its teaching and in worship.
Many think that the annual Mega Conference in Siaya -- a gathering of 3,000+ Christian leaders throughout Kenya -- may well be the catalyst for that revival. The conference is Nov. 26 through Nov. 30, 2025.”
Year 2024 - Worship at Mega Pastor’s Conference

The "Mega Pastor's Conference" is in Siaya. For the 3rd year, I've been invited to be the Keynote speaker, but there is something far better than that!
This year, my dear friend, Dr Bobby Hill has been invited to join me as a second keynote speaker. Pastor Bobby has ministered in Africa for more than 30 years, and he specializes in biblical leadership development -- something the pastors and Church long for.
My host, Pst Paul Ocheing of Siaya has also invited two worship leaders from my church: Pastor Krystle Talavera and her sister, Joy Hargett to help lead worship at the Mega Conference of 3,000 plus people.
Pastor Krystle and her sister Joy will also hold workshops on worship, and vital topic of urgent importance to the Church there (I've wanted to to teach the Kenyans on worship since 2017).
In 10+ years of ministry in Siaya, Pastor Brad has seen that the church has had little or no teaching on worship and that consequently, it has been "stuck" -- through no fault of their own – in understanding and growth in this vital matter.
Hence, this opportunity for Pst Krystle, Joy and Dr. Bobby Hill is an urgent and strategic one, with a great opportunity to partner with the Kenyans to shape the church for a generation.”
